Five moves on fast-start Friday!

ESL Transfers | Scott Donahoe

The window has only just opened, but here are five ESL moves to have gone down on #FaststartFriday!

1. Aron Mulder CF (Juvenese to New Jorg United)
The young Anderland international was looking for somewhere to play regularly. Should be a great asset up front to replace the departing Michael Ameche. Stood out as a super-sub for Juvenese in the past two CONCAFA Champs League rounds, now gets to be a starter.

2. Blake Solo CM (Elverpool to Rochester United)
Solo slipped out of favour in Elverpool. With his confidence hit, he (and his agent) jumped at a chance to rebuild the ‘Solo13’ brand at newly-promoted Rochester. When on form, one of the top playmakers in the ESL.

3. Saúl Blanco LW (Independiente to Angel FC)
With Carlos Suárez’s move pending, Angel have not waited. Blanco is a talented left-winger, making great runs and tracks back well, too. The Aguadorian is a good pick. Will not directly replace Suárez in terms of goals and chances, so they will need to add more.

4. Dante Reed GK (Carlton to FC Coratia)
The goalie gives Coratia some ESL experience between the sticks, both sides will be hoping that he has less shots to save than when with Carlton last year. A good, young keeper with lots of potential.

5. Alváro CF (West Hampton Athletic to Olympians)
The task of replacing Nelinho and Hernandinho (both certain to move on) begins with a low-key move for Alváro of West Hampton Athletic. Good at NLS1 level and stood out in Copa Eboria ties, but untested at ESL level. An intriguing choice, who will be to follow?
